  • A: No. We don’t supply any bed linen nor towels.
  • Q: How do I use the cooker?
  • A: Push the knob in and turn it on while holding the lighter.
  • Q: How do I know when I am running low on water?
  • A: Check the level indicators above the door.
  • Q: How do I put the fridge/feezeer on?
  • A: You can turn it on using the leisure battery, but it is better to use it when you are parked on a site and connected to a 240V supply. Just make sure to switch the switch on the fridge to 240V.
  • Q: Can you pick me up from the airport or train station?
  • A: Yes. We can pick you up from:
    • Thorpe Bay Station or any station in Southend (line Fenchurch Street-Shoeburyness) free of charge.
    • Southend Airport-Service free of charge.
    • Stansted Airport. This service incures charge of £120 one way. Any parking fees over 15 minutes will be charged extra.
    • Heathrow Airport. This service incures charge of £190 one way. Any parking fees will be charged extra.
    • Gatwick Airport. This service incures charge of £190 one way. Any parking fees will be charged extra.
    • Luton Aiport. This service incures charge of £190 one way. Any parking fees will be charged extra.
    • City Airport. This service incures charge of £120 one way. Any parking fees will be charged extra.
